Weber目前為WPP集團旗下全球頂尖媒體投資公司-台灣群邑集團的智庫總監。他專精於媒體趨勢發展與消費者研究 ,以協助企業打造更好的品牌價值為職志。Weber不僅統籌5間媒體公司(傳立MINDSHARE、競立mediacom、媒體庫Wavemaker、M/Six、Essence)的調研與數據應用,以最新及深入的消費者洞察、產業趨勢及新媒體科技應用方案協助集團旗下媒體公司拓展業務;同時也擔任集團「思維引領計畫」負責人,使新媒體科技與數據應用的最新洞察觀點不斷在集團行銷專業與客戶產業上發揮正面的影響力。Weber的職責是運用群邑智庫在商業分析的專業能力、判斷能力與協作能力,成為集團旗下代理商 及客戶都能夠信賴且依靠的夥伴。

2018年Weber加入群邑集團擔任[m]PLATFORM數據分析總監,負責集團數據平台[m]insights的運作與推廣,並以此作為客戶第一方數據解決方案與集團代理商一同服務客戶。他本身善於觀察也樂於分享,在加入群邑集團之前也曾在跨國調研公司與媒體公司服務,累積超過15年的市場調研專業、媒體與數據行銷研究相關經驗,不僅能提供專業的洞察見解,也能妥善運用集團內外資源提供實質建議解決方案,現在除了帶領智庫團隊發展「思維引領計畫」及開發集團新型態數據產品之外,也常擔任集團內外活動講師,更是同事與客戶在策略規劃上不可或缺的一環。

Weber畢業於國立政治大學並取得社會學碩士學位,專精於研究方法、人口學、社會變遷與媒體演進等領域。閒暇之餘,喜歡音樂與球類運動,以及與家人一起出遊,有靈感的時候會作曲自娛。

Weber Tai is Knowledge lead at GroupM Taiwan- the world’s leading media investment company under WPP. Weber specializes in media trends and consumer research, and his ambition is to help brands build better connections with the consumers. Weber not only coordinates the research and data application functions of five media agencies – Mindshare, Mediacom, Wavemaker, M/Six, Essence, to use the latest and in-depth consumer insights and new media technology solution to assist GroupM agencies expanding their business, but also is in charge of the GroupM “Thought Leadership Project”, so that GroupM’s proprietary industry reports and the POVs on new media technology can continuously have a positive influence on showing GroupM’s profession as marketing expert and solution provider for clients.  Weber’s mission is to use GroupM’s capabilities of business intelligence, A&I experiences and collaboration power to make GroupM Knowledge become a trusted and reliable partner for agencies and clients.

In 2018, Weber joined GroupM as the data analyst director of [m]PLATFORM, responsible for the maintenance and adoption of group’s proprietary DMP [m]insights and used it to accelerate client 1PT data utilization together with agencies. Weber himself is good at observation and is willing to share. Before joining GroupM, he also served in multinational research companies and media companies. With more than 15 years experiences in media & marketing research and data analysis, Weber can both provide precise insights as well as properly use resources inside and outside the company to offer solutions. In addition to leading Knowledge team to initiate “Thought Leadership” plans and developing new data services, he is also a trainer and trusted partner for internal and external events in regards of strategic thinking.

Weber graduated from National Cheng Chi University with a master degree in sociology, specializing in research methodology, demography, social change and media evolution. In his spare time, Weber likes music and ball games, and travels with his family. When he is inspired, he also composes music.

Andras Knodel, a passionate wavemaker with a breadth of experience on growing global brands across continents and categories, is the Strategy lead at Wavemaker Taiwan, one of the most progressive and technology-driven media agencies within GroupM and WPP.

Francis Che joined Yahoo in 2010. Currently, he is Head of International Data & Membership of Verizon Media, responsible for consumer insights, data analysis, and membership management.

Prior to Yahoo, Francis Che was the General Manager of Research International Taiwan and the senior Client Service Director of TNS Taiwan. Being the account lead of Yahoo, he was responsible for generating insights for many successful Yahoo properties such as Knowledge+, Shopping, Marketplace, Search, etc.

With over 20 years of data analytics and market research experience across APAC, Francis is an expert in using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data to draw actionable insights that helps in seizing business opportunity and minimizing risk.

Susan Wang joined LINE Taiwan in 2017 as the Head of Corporate Business, responsible for leading the LINE Biz-Solutions team in Taiwan. As LINE develops from a communication application to a smart portal, it provides advertisers with a total solution on media advertising that combines community, content, life, and technology. In 2020, Susan and her team launched a redesign project. With an expectation to bring advertisers an innovative channel across online and offline marketing, the new project takes LINE Official Accounts as the core, and creates a versatile digital marketing channel that assists large enterprises as well as small businesses shorten the distance between business and their customers.

丸木勇人於MicroAd服務逾8年,擅長顧客關係管理及經營。過去負責MicroAd名古屋事業開發與DSP(Blade)廣告操作,曾擔任大阪分公司業務團隊負責人,開啟Inbound Marketing相關事業。2016年來台拓展海外業務事業,整併KOL資源、執行LINE廣告服務,由於表現十分亮眼,於2018年正式成為MicroAd台灣總經理,同時在2020年開始擔任MicroAd海外事業代表(越南/中國/印度/台灣),目前持續整合台日數位資源,打造為品牌客戶提供更完善的數位行銷解決方案。

Maruki Yuto has been working at  MicroAd for more than 8 years and is an expert in customer relationship management and operation. In the past, he was responsible for the development of MicroAd Nagoya industry and the operation of DSP (Blade) advertising. 

Once served as the head of the business team of the Osaka branch, he started the business related to Inbound Marketing. In 2016, was further expanded overseas business operations, consolidated KOL resources, and implemented LINE advertising services.

趙慧芬(Erin Chao)在2006年加入美國Yahoo,擔任廣告產品經理,之後調回亞洲,擔任亞太區程序化平台總監,推動Verizon廣告解決方案的應用。2019年加入台灣新創公司Appier,擔任全球客戶管理副總裁。2021年2月加入Twitch,擔任Sales Director,帶領Twitch業務團隊,服務品牌與Twitch社群建立高感度的連結。

Erin Chao started her digital marketing journey as a Product Manager with Yahoo in USA in 2006 to build and roll out advertising products globally, and then Head of Platform who launched Yahoo DSP and SSP business in APAC to empower customers and partners with technology and data. Then she joined Appier in 2019 as VP of Global Account Management to deliver customer success in digital marketing via AI-driven solutions and services. 
From America to APAC, and from Product Management to Sales, Erin speaks both languages of technology and commercial and has been dedicated her career to connect the two to create values for customers and consumers.

As Dentsu expanded its business domain from advertising to upstream, my career expanded as well. Since 2016, my main business field is new business creation in open innovation style. Especially as a member of Dentsu JAM project, I have been involved in projects with co-creation themes and also promoted new business creation projects with multiple mega-companies.

I also founded multiple initiatives within Dentsu including “femtech and beyond” which aims to create an expansion of the femtech market in Japan and “FundX” which provides consulting services for corporate venture capital.
